I know that I need to be careful. I want to keep this job and not lose my CDL, but I'm still skeptical of the intentions of the supervisors here. The way they favor some drivers over others is suspicious, no matter how much they try and deny it. Sometimes you'll see a newly hired driver get every single break: like getting picked up for lunch or even an hour off early in their shift. And then other times there's those who are left with all the heavy lifting; those who don't enjoy such "favoritism." My friend Larry told me he knew someone who lost days of work because one night when he was driving long haul and had to take a pee break, his supervisor put him on leave for 3 days.
